Case Study: Aldersgate Bookstore Website

Project Goal
To replace an aging bookstore site with a Woocommerce based site with a modern design.

Solution
Since the old store was based on Joomla, we created an entierly new Wordpress based site running the Woocommerce plugin. We then used a service to quickly migrate the products into the new store. We then created new product images for everything in the store, and customized the template to work well across all devices. We also added some custom taxonomy to allow for better filtering by site visitors. This solution uses Square checkout so that all of their sales from online and on-site are in one system. Overall the client was very happy with the final results and feedback from users has been excellent.
