Basic Updates
$40 per month or $420 per year (save $60!)
This is our basic package. We keep your site in good working order and make sure you're not falling behind on things. This includes:
- Keeping your version of Joomla! or Wordpress as up to date as possible (excluding major version updates such as going from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5, 2.5 to 3.x or 3.x to 4.x)
- Keeping your 3rd party extensions and plugins as up to date as possible (not including some paid extensions whose subscriptions may have expired. Basically if we don't have access to it we can't update it.)
- Free updates of any premium extension that we hold the subscription for (eg. JCE editor Pro, JSitemap Pro, Akeeba Pro, Regular Labs Extensions, Advanced Custom Fields).
- Backing up your site anytime we run an update (usually once a month)

Updates, Security & Backups
$60 per month or $640 per year (save $80!)
Secure your site with backups, security software and even get content updates. This includes:
- Everything in the Basic Updates package
- Weekly (or more often if you need it) off-site backups using Akeeba Pro sent to a cloud service of your choice or to one of our cloud accounts
- 2 free recovery restores per year (in case of server issues)
- Site Monitoring and 1 deep malware audit per month via MySites.guru (unless issues arise, then we'll run audits more often)
- 3 minor site changes per month (change text, or replace photo)
- Installation of Admin Tools Pro in Joomla! and Wordpress
- We'll also handle your shared or basic hosting account. If something goes wrong we'll deal with their support so you don't have to. This includes basic email support (new account setup and light troubleshooting). It does not include tracking down deep routing, DNS or spam issues or large mailbox migrations. Note: If you have a VPS or dedicated server that has higher level management, see our next tier package.

If you have cPanel VPS, dedicated server or some other higher level server, we'll make sure it's always current on software releases and things are running smoothly.
